DSAH's mission is to build a brighter future for children and adults with Down syndrome. The organization services members in Houston and all surrounding communities. DSAH understands that people in each community need to have a way to reach out to others within their local area, for friendships, support, play dates, and to share information that is pertinent to that area.

Cerebral Palsy Guidance
Cerebral Palsy Guidance was created to provide answers and assistance to parents of a child with cerebral palsy. Our goal is to reach as many members of the cerebral palsy community as possible, building up a network of support, as well as providing necessary assistance.

Provides free educational information and support to those who have been affected by cerebral palsy.                                                  
Conscious Discipline 
Comprehensive self-regulation program that integrates social-emotional learning and discipline. Conscious Discipline is a longtime leader in the integration of classroom management with social-emotional learning, utilizing everyday events as the curriculum and addressing the adult's emotional intelligence as well as the child's. Conscious Discipline empowers adults to consciously respond to daily conflict, transforming it into an opportunity to teach critical life skills to children.  Conscious Discipline is evidence-based and was named as a national model for character education by the Florida State Legislature.
