Planned Gifts

Families of children with developmental disabilities can tell you how important it is to think and plan for the future. The Rise School of Houston works to protect its future, too, so it will be here to help this generation of children with disabilities, and beyond.

Rise welcomes significant gifts that require careful planning and coordination of advisors such as gifts of stock, real assets or bequests from an estate.  We encourage you to speak with us at your convenience to see how a gift of real assets or gift from your estate can protect Rise’s mission in the future.  Gift of assets such as land or property may require the approval of our board of directors, and we ask that you please consult with our staff if you are considering such a gift.

One of the simplest ways to make a planned gift is to designate a gift of cash or securities from your estate to benefit The Rise School. For bequests, it is important the gift designation is made to our legal name:

The Brenda and John H. Duncan Rise School of Houston
Employer Tax ID 76-0606866
5618 H. Mark Crosswell, Jr. Street

Houston, TX 77021
